Trip Duration | 20 Days |
Trek around the Annapurna massif crossing a 5400 meters high Himalayan pass and be engulfed by the extremely scenic Himalayan atmosphere. While you are on this adventurous Himalayan trekking trip, you can experience the diverse range of landscapes from low river basins to soaring high mountain peaks. As you go higher into the elevation on the trekking trail, you will experience the difference in the life style and culture of people. The fresh air high up in the mountain is so enticing that you will feel the pleasure of it on each inhalation.
The first few days of the Annapurna circuit trekking can be a little different than the real Himalayan trail trekking as the result of the construction of motor road up to Manang. But when you reach Manang and start the trekking further ahead on the trail, you will come to realize and experience what it is like to trek in the serene atmosphere on the Himalayan trail. The highlight of this trip is the day when you cross a high mountain pass called Thorong La pass at the elevation of 5416 meters above sea level although rest of the places you pass through are no less stunning. Every trekker on the Annapurna Circuit trekking trip has to cross this high pass and they look forward to it but for the people living in the region, this pass comes on their regular trading route.
